Enjoy Professional Child Care
LET CHILDREN CHANGE THE WORLD TODAY!
Professional Teachers
Every childcare provider is unique, and at Small Wonders our providers are not only unique but also share a love for children. As professionals we look after young children in the absence of parents and guardians. Our main role as a childcare professional is to ensure the children under our care play, learn, and interact in a safe and healthy environment.
Play Based Curriculum
Small Wonders combination of a play-based curriculum with a standard curriculum such as Gee Whiz allows the children’s interest to guide the curriculum. Allowing creativity for the team and the children learn and have fun at the same time.
Family Partnership
Small Wonders encourages both parent involvement and family engagement. Parent involvement consists of our team helping parents become more involved in our program. Doing this keeps parents informed and invites parents to participate in special events. While sharing resources about child development or point a parent in the right direction if they need help with providing a service for their child.
Family Engagement involves our team helping families to assume an active role in planning experiences designed to benefit their child…. both in our program and at home. It also involves promoting family well-being and support as they seek resources for their child. Educate, Empathy, asking for input, and being apart of the families as a team. Are just a few ways we promote family engagement at Small Wonders.
